HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Our host has negotiated a new group rate for this meeting (fees and taxes listed below still apply):
Single/Double Room
$200.00 (U.S. $) plus taxes and $10 resort fee per night*

*Hotel room tax is currently 10%.  Sales tax is currently 6% and a10% resort tax.  This resort fee 
charged by the hotel includes: parking, unlimited internet access, local and 800 number calls, 
daily newspaper, in-room coffee, use of fitness center.

Government Hotel Rate:
A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the Naples hotel at this rate (it is below per diem rate).  
If you qualify for government hotel per diem rate, please contact  April Horner.

Extend Your Stay:  
Magnesium Elektron has arranged for these hotel rates for the nights of March 1 through March 8, 2009, so 
why not include some vacation time for some much needed R&R while you are in Florida.

Early Departure Fee: 
This fee applies if guest departs before scheduled departure date without notifying hotel in advance or 
at check-in.

Hotel Reservations:
Please call 1-800-HILTONS.  If you are calling from outside the United States, please call 239-597-3232, and 
ask to be connected to Hilton reservations.

Reservations Via Internet:
Reservations may also be made via the internet through www.hilton.com 
(select Naples Grande Beach Resort to proceed).  The group code for reservations made via the website is 
"ZZMT" and must be entered in the "Group/Convention Code" box in the "Special Accounts" section of the 
online reservation request.  

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have already made hotel reservations and have a reservation confirmation number, you do not need to do 
anything at this time.  The new hotel room rate will be applied to your existing hotel reservations.

If you are able to secure a lower rate than this at the Naples Grande, please let April know, so that she may 
ensure that Magnesium Elektron receives credit for their room block commitment.  

Hotel Reservation Code:
You must provide the group code “Magnesium Elektron” to book at the group hotel rate.

Hotel Reservation Deadline:	
Now February 13, 2009	

Tax Exempt Attendees:
If you qualify for government tax exemption on your hotel room rate, you MUST bring the form with you.  If you 
do not provide a form, the hotel will not honor your tax exemption.

Closest Airport:
The Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers, FL, is the closest airport to the 
hotel.  It is approximately a 30-mile drive from this airport to the hotel.

For international travelers, you may want to consider flying into Miami International Airport.  
There are a few flights to Ft. Myers each day from Miami, or you may want to drive.  It is 
approximately 125 miles.
